Systems Analyst
Serves as the primary IT systems analyst supporting the MHS enterprise centralized faxing system which involves interfaces with multiple feeder systems.
Will develop appropriate fax routing solutions for clinical and business users.
Performs proactive monitoring to ensure system stability.
Requires critical thinking, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Assists with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems. May manage projects when requested.
Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed systems.
Provides creative solutions to user requirements, inquiries and problems.
Analyzes business and clinical processes and data to identify opportunities and improve existing processes using information technology.
