AMLI Residential has great opportunity for a dynamic individual with marketing, social media and sales experience to be part of our new luxury apartment community currently in lease-up. As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for AMLI Miramar Park you will be responsible for developing and implementing the community's marketing plans to generate prospect traffic, execute resident retention events and network with targeted employers in order to support leasing staff and reach stabilization goals. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with locators, area merchants, Chamber of Commerce and relocation groups in order to establish key relationships. You will monitor, update and ensure accuracy of Internet Lead Sources including social media platforms. In this role you will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation.
Requirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate or College degree preferred. 1-2 years of outside sales, marketing and outreach required. Experience in property management/hospitality industry a plus. Evenings and weekend availability may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
