Carnival is currently seeking high energy SALES professionals to join their Miramar, Florida Outbound Sales team with a first year earning potential of $40K plus, after that the sky's the limit! Personal Vacation Planners have a passion to design and sell future cruise vacations to their portfolio of guests. This is an OUTBOUND HEAVY TELEPHONE SALES position where you will manage your own database. This includes guests who have expressed interest in our product through a variety of channels. Qualifications:
Must be a highly motivated and results oriented sales professional with experience developing new and existing business.
Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship building skills.
Must be able to overcome objections with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
PC literacy is required, as well as strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
A bachelor's degree in a similar discipline or equivalent work experience is highly preferred.
If hired, you will be required to attend a 4-week training class; Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. Once training has been successfully completed, the Full Time work scheduled will be Monday to Thursday 10:50 - 8pm; Friday 9am - 6pm. Weekends may be required.
