Responsibilities:
o Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a successo Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate partieso Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliverieso Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
o Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
Qualifications:
o Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Officeo At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferredo Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationso Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skillso Must have graduated high school, received a G.
