We are looking for a good personality and excellent phone skills.
Tasks will include:
Answering phones Receiving and routing company emails Basic patient intake and eligibility checking (we'll train you on this, don't worry) coordination with therapists calling doctors offices for paperwork Basic spreadsheets Light cold-calling new prospects when there's free time Some local errands etc Laughing at Manager's bad jokes Requirements medical or healthcare office experience a huge plus great personality excellent organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
