We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team.
As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients and providing excellent customer service.
Your main goal will be to meet sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals Prospect, develop, and gain new customers Be able to close new sales and renew business on annual basis Work closely with Account Managers/Executives and Marketing regarding placement of new/renewal business.
Interpret, analyze, negotiate, and offer recommendations on coverage based on the client needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships Skills:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years' insurance sales experience Self-motivated and detail oriented Experience in the insurance industry with a strong emphasis in commercial lines insurance preferred but not required.
Florida Property & Casualty insurance license 2-20 Proficient with Microsoft Tools, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
