Responsibilities:
-Social media -Lead calls - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Stay up-to-date on car knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred - Knowledge of basic sales techniques - Experience in car sales - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
