This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and other staff members - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as required - Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus - Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Experience with project coordination is a plus - Spanish and English languages are required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
