Responsibilities Manage and maintain Redtail CRM Prepping for client meetings Submitting and following up with service requests for investment and insurance policies Assist with general office tasks such as answering main phone line, scanning, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence Manage Outlook Calendar and schedule meetings for team members Qualifications College student or recent graduate preferred One year of relevant experience is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Job Type:
