Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - File and retrieve documents, records, and reports - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff - Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
