Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to lead our Criminal Research team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 9:
00 AM-5:
30 PM.
Please note that this is an ON-SITE position (Miramar, FL 33027).

Job
Responsibilities:
Oversee the performance and processing of applicant background searches for resident screening, including criminal, civil, state, and other records, utilizing in-house applications and internet resources.
Utilize strong research skills to review, analyze, and filter variable record types, applying client criteria with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Lead and manage a team of 10
employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team success.
Accurately report criminal history data.
Accurately enter data into a specialized computer software application program.
Organize and process a large volume of data in an accurate and timely manner.
Required skills and
Qualifications:
Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Experience managing both remote and onsite team members, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and productivity across all locations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong data entry and organizational skills.
Ability to follow specific processes and instructions with attention to detail.
Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high accuracy.
Strong people skills and the ability to be personable and professional in interactions with team members and clients.
Knowledge of the criminal justice system, criminal records, and landlord/tenant civil records.
Minimum two years of related experience, including exposure to research, record-keeping, data entry, and/or data integrity.
