High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience Required:
Prefer at least 1 year of office/customer service-related experience Knowledge/Skills Needed:
Good Moral Character Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Strong computer and phone skills Flexibility & ability to multi-task and transition quickly when needed Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Bilingual preferred Duties:
1.
Perform administrative tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly, including opening and closing the office each day.
2.
Answer agency phone calls and report messages to appropriate staff.
3.
Answer prospective client inquiry calls and emails, send appropriate information packets to prospective clients, and enter all inquiries on the inquiry log.
4.
Greet and assist walk-in clients and other clients in office for appointments.
5.
Schedule Consultations and other meetings for staff as requested.
7.
Track client data, open files and assign case numbers, and maintain placement logs.
8.
Assist in preparing consent and placement documents, as well as finalization packets to be sent to the attorney.
10.
Complete applications for Baby Medicaid, social security, birth certificates, and putative father search requests in a timely manner.
11.
Assist with processing post-adoption photo and letter exchanges received.
12.
Track interim care placements.
13.
Assist with upkeep of physical client files and scan finalized files into online server.
14.
Send & track mailings to other agency office.
Prepare and drop off mail sent by FedEx or that needs to go to the post office.
17.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings related to job duties, in accordance with Florida statutes.
18.
Perform all other duties as needed or assigned by Supervisor.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
