Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for developing a long-term, trusting relationships with Aero Accessories customers.
Duties include overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, answering and solving customer queries, and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Address customers' requests and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Generate service quotes, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of units according to customer needs and objectives.
Liaise between the customer and internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfillment.
Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience:
