The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall management of the receiving inspection function pertaining to both new & existing PMA products.
The role includes inspector supervision, part inspection, process development, equipment maintenance & calibration and cost control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Supervision of quality inspectors, coordination of workload schedules, employee development and training Management of the inspection function to ensure compliance with all Quality standards and conformance of all products to applicable specifications before release to inventory Management of the inspection process to minimize cycle time and optimize efficiency while maintaining compliance with all Quality policies and standards Maintain compliance to JA Quality Management System (QMS), FAA regulations, ISO, AS standards and all internal HEICO quality requirements Drive effective and timely communication between upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure optimal Quality performance, including timely resolution of issues Proactively seek out and champion opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Quality function and in the relationships between Quality and other business functions Requirements EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science or technology or related Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field required.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:
Excellent communication abilities.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates; competent presenter.
Must work well within a team environment and independently.
Strong organizational skills, strict attention to details.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to set clear goals, manage issues and escalate when necessary to achieve results.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
( Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge of FAA regulations, orders, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Quality Standards, including but not limited to ISO, AS and aerospace industry specifications Strong knowledge of drawing interpretation.
Strong knowledge of inspection methods and techniques.
Ability and desire to develop beyond this role as business requirements dictate Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
