The Game Plan Fan Advocates are the key points of contact that represent the Fanatics brand with our customers and create the fan experience.
This is a role that helps fans with questions about merchandise availability, product descriptions, order status, and general inquiries about their favorite sport team' and gear.
The Practice and Game Schedule This is a full time seasonal position.
One weekend day per week is required during holiday time.
Training is provided during your first 2 weeks.
Days and hours of work can fluctuate based on business needs.
Shifts are scheduled between 9am to 8pm, with extended hours on weekends:
Saturday 10AM-5PM, Sunday, 10AM-2PM.
Schedules can change and additional hours are required pending business demands.
