Experienced - Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in managing or demonstrated leadership ability with an interest in sales or a background in a selling/operations position.
Car wash experience is a HUGE plus! Must be customer service and goal oriented, with high attention to detail and a level of initiative and the ability to drive the business.
Self-Motivated with good communication skills, sales and marketing experience a plus Hardworking Mature and responsible Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Available to work 40 hours
per week and a varies schedule to meet business needs Able to stand and walk for long periods of time while remaining enthusiastic in inclement weather Dependable and punctual Confident, but humble and teachable Welcome collaboration!
