The BRM will own the roadmap of service products by partnering with the appropriate resources and business owners to facilitate the creation of idea documents, business cases, and value plans, ensuring value optimization, and enabling continuous improvement in all areas and people around them. Responsibilities:
Work with Business and IT to achieve transformation of business areas and services to digital platforms that are market leading, forefront of technology and that offer compelling functionality and value to our clients. Collaborate with Business Transformation Lead and Executive Committee to define the on-going Vision and Roadmap Help Business build a Vision for the target state including development of:
Business Case Key functional requirements Competitive differentiation factors and customer priorities Personas, Use Cases, and positioning statements for both the Buyer and User Personas Translate Business case into a roadmap Articulate vision into plans and roadmaps Document, communicate, and execute the roadmap Ensure that teams have appropriate specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively Focus on business value rather than solutions to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements. Partner with Marketing to craft a compelling Product positioning narrative Work closely with Customers, IT, Development Partners, InfoSec, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operational Leads to define the functional and non-functional requirements Work with Technology teams to help ensure the delivery of the roadmap of Services Products Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure that necessary programs & processes are in place to support the Product post-launch Help develop Change Control for seamless adoption Prioritize product backlog to deliver successful Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and on-going releases Ensure that the Product achieves stated measures of success, both financial and operational Evangelize and represent the Business view across the board, and advocate for awareness and adoption at all levels Key Deliverables Business Case, Requirements analysis, Persona Development, Use Cases, Services Product Requirement Documents (SPRDs), Build vs Buy Analysis for products that deliver services, Services Product Roadmap, Adoption and Change Management Plans Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Business or Technical) required, Masters degree / MBA preferred Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) preferred Minimum of 10 years experience in of services product management and/or delivery of business services products Must have at least 5 years experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering business services product to market, through use of technology A record of successful delivery of new services products as an individual, team leader and/or development manager Experience with managing the delivery of services through SaaS and cloud-based applications Strong collaboration and leadership skills along with excellent time management Strategic thinker, adept at understanding and solving business problems. Ability to map joint organizational vision and long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation Strong understanding of the software development cycle Interpersonal skills Self-motivated, team player, action-and-results oriented Strong communication and reporting skills along with the ability to persuade stakeholders and gain buy-in while creating win-win solutions. Emotional Intelligence and empathy. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
