Our Client Technology Services team at Arise is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst who will report into the VP of Client Technology Services and ensure the data integrations between Arise and our customers meet all necessary requirements. The ideal candidate is organized and thorough, process driven and oriented, self-starting, and excited to by the Business Analysis work they will be doing. The Client Technology Services Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the data integration process between Arise and our clients by eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the business needs of project stakeholders, both internal and external. They serve as the liaison between the customer data integration team, the telephony platform vendor, the Arise Telephony team, the technical solution development team and the Arise Data Services Development team. What you will take on:
Facilitate data feeds requirements gathering meetings between the internal technical and business teams, the telephony platform vendor and the client technical and business teams. Analyze and validate the data integration throughout the customer lifecycle. Manage the client-specific Data Services work pipeline, prioritize client-specific Data Services work requests, ensure delivery within agreed timelines. Participate and represent Client Tech Services in weekly Data Services team meetings to provide and receive updates regarding upcoming and in-flight client-specific work. Demonstration of telephony platform reporting tools to prospective clients during the business development and implementation cycle. Assist and support the Technical Relationship Managers and Dialer Administrator with business analysis where necessary. Our new team member will need:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a business analyst for significant IT projects Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, translate up from low level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements Ability to facilitate/conduct virtual meetings in a one-with-one and/or group setting Knowledgeable of Agile methodology and project management concepts General business management and operations knowledge is a plus, to have credibility with user representatives and be able to work effectively with them Knowledge in Microsoft applications with a strong emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Jira Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for detail Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Very strong follow-up and organizational skills Business Analysis certification a plus Contact Center Experience a plus Competitive Compensation and Benefits which include:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
