As a key leadership role reporting to the VP Digital Transformation, the Product Manager is responsible for driving the product strategy, product development, market positioning, and post launch product lifecycle of Arise AI products. The Product Manager is accountable for developing in-depth knowledge of the market problems to be solved, the underlying product capabilities and how they solve market problems, strengths and weaknesses, owning the product roadmap, and coordinating the development and delivery of new releases of the product on an ongoing basis. The Product Manager will participate in defining the strategy for the product development team by driving initiatives that deliver on the Arise vision. Responsibilities Work together with the VP of Digital Transformation to plan, document, communicate, and execute the product roadmap, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines. Conduct market discovery activities including Persona Interviews, Win/Loss Analysis, and Competitive Landscape Analysis to identify and validate specific market problems to be solved by the product Collaborate with VP of Digital Transformation and Executive Committee to define the on-going Product Vision and Roadmap Develop Personas, Use Cases, and positioning statements for both the Buyer and User Personas Work closely with Customers, IT, Development Partners, InfoSec, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operational Leads, and the Executive Committee to define the functional and non-functional requirements Partner closely with Marketing to craft a compelling Product positioning narrative and marketing materials Partner with Sales team on product pricing, sales alignment, channel training, and sales materials Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure that necessary programs & processes are in place to support the Product post-launch Prioritize product backlog to deliver successful Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and on-going releases Ensure that the Product achieves stated measures of success, both financial and operational Key Deliverables Product Master Plan, Market Discovery Documents, Competitive Landscape Documents, Persona Development, Use Cases, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Build vs Buy Analysis, Business Case(s), Product Roadmap, Product Launch Plan, Product Marketing Plan, Functional Support Plans, Product Backlog Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required) in a technical field (nice to have) Minimum of 10 years in software management/ leadership experience Must have at least 5 years' experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market (as a Product Manager) A record of successful delivery of NEW products as an individual, team leader and/or development manager is required Strong understanding of the software development cycle (SDLC) Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills Experience with managing the development of SaaS and cloud-based applications (required) Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices High command of verbal and written English. Interpersonal skills Self-motivated, team player, action-and-results oriented Ability to work remotely, or with remote team members Well organized, good communication and reporting skills Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines Organizational Fit Considerations:
